Anti-Muslim slogans row: Ashwini Upadhyay to be arrested

A day after a video of anti-Muslim slogans being raised at a protest in Delhi's Jantar Mantar went viral on social media, Delhi police have said it will arrest BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay and others "involved in the incident."
